As a first time home buyer, I was very apprehensive about beginning the approval process for a mortgage loan. In fact, I procrastinated for a long time. Then I received a phone call from Cary that changed my life. Cary and his assistant, Kelly, took care of everything for me. All I had to do was find the right house, fill out some paperwork and show up for closing. They took care of everything else – securing the financing, getting the terms I needed in order to buy a house with very little out-of-pocket investment, and making sure everything was in order by the closing date. During the process, Cary kept me updated and reassured me when I worried too much. The communication and customer service was absolutely amazing, and I could not have asked for a better experience as a home buyer. Even after I closed on my house, Cary continued to stay in touch by sending thank-you and Christmas cards and responding to emails I sent with follow-up questions. I believe Cary truly cares about his clients. At this point, he seems more like a friend. I highly recommend Cary and his staff to anyone who is considering buying or refinancing a home.
